Somewhat close to the picnic area and monument for the Rohalj base is the Kunjat spring. Adjecent to the museum is a summer road that leads directly to the spring. Follow it for about a kilomtre and after a sharp left you'll see the spring in a basin. It's covered with a metal sheet keep the motes out.
