Erdevik

Erdevik is a village with a population of around 3300, located in the eastern part of Šid County. The name originates from the Hungarian word Erdővég, meaning "a place by the forest". Later it was renamed Erdevik, and it remains one of the most beautiful villages of Srem, well known for its natural surroundings, and its wine.
