A small, lonely lake, hidden behind the fields of Sremski Karlovci, seems stifled in the scenery. It resembles a pond, rather than a lake, during the hotter months in the year. It sits at the foot of Vezirac hill, and it got its name from it. The hill itself is known for the Vezirac memorial, and the battle that took place here.
