The Kuluštra of this lookout (a former Roman fortification), provides a spectacular view of the Danube and its six islands, Bačka Palanka and Ilok.

The Romans once chose this land for their fortification Kuluštra, for a reason. The charms of the Danube and Fruška Gora has been enjoyed from here for over 15 centuries. Danube’s islands (Zeleni Sprud, Govneš, the Great Island, Neštin island and others) are a popular destination for fishermen and boaters.
