This is the first in line of springs at this site which counts seven springs in total. The spring is located near the Belan tourist estate, snugged cozily in a small cove. While you're there, you can visit the other springs by taking a light walk. Almost all springs are fenced, and the water accumulates in pools, so there's no stream.
